Creative Office Guru becomes Empty Nest Graphics

I started Creative Office Guru with the idea of providing administrative-type services with an emphasis on publication design for local businesses. During my 5+ years in business, the calls for non-design aspects of my business have been few and far between, while demands for my design services have increased. There has also been confusion due to the word “office” in the business name from search engines, vendors and customers who thought I carried business supplies. I can take a hint: it was time for a change.

After much deliberation – and a long list of different names – I finally determined that Empty Nest best illustrated where I was in my life; a place of freedom and space. And, well, “graphics” is pretty self-explanatory, right?

History

Creative Office Guru opened in 2009 and followed over 10 years experience as administrative support staff specializing in desktop publishing. We quickly built a reputation for affordable, quality designs with a quick turn-around. In 2014, with an increasing demand for our design skills at such an affordable price, the time was ripe for a name change. Creative Office Guru is now Empty Nest Graphics.

Personal statement

I am passionate about design and creating graphics that reflect your vision. I am a perfectionist and will adjust colors, fonts, and do whatever research necessary to ensure giving you a quality product that suits you, your business or event.
